Jason Isaac Selkin is a young, talented, aspiring, and passionate chef who desires to share his joy of cooking with others who appreciate food as much as he does. He knows his way around any kitchen and is comfortable and used to cooking a variety of meals. He has had some fantastic culinary experiences, including shadowing renowned Chef Francois Kwaku-Dongo and partaking in classes at the Culinary Institute of America.
Jason has recently worked in various kitchens and markets, including CAVA, Fjord Fish Market, and The Inn at Pound Ridge By Jean Georges.
Jason is studying Hospitality Administration at Boston University to continue learning about the industry.
Hospitality is woven through every industry and aspect of our lives, whether we notice it or not. Experiences can draw people together and leave a lasting effect. My mission is to provide you with a joyfully indulgent experience and leave you longing for more.
Jason offers a variety of menus and cuisines, or he can prepare a multi-course meal of your choice. He will gladly shop, prep, cook, and serve you for any occasion.
